老盖的烂片网(以下简称"本站",域名 www.laogaiphoto.com)是一个面向摄影爱好者的小型社区,提供照片上传、展示、评论、评分等功能。本站可通过网页或 iOS App 访问。
使用本站即视为您已阅读并同意本条款及《隐私政策》。如不同意,请勿使用。
2. 账号
- 注册账号需提供有效邮箱并通过验证码验证。
- 请妥善保管自己的密码;因密码泄露造成的损失由您自行承担。
- 每个用户只能注册一个账号;禁止使用脚本或机器人批量注册。
- 您可随时在网页版或手机 App 中自助注销账号(管理员账号需先由其他管理员取消管理员身份),操作方法见隐私政策第 6 条,注销后的数据处理详见隐私政策第 5 条 "数据保留期"。
3. 用户行为规范
使用本站时,您承诺不发布以下内容:
- 违反中华人民共和国法律法规的内容(涉政、涉黄、涉毒、涉暴等)
- 侵犯他人版权、肖像权、隐私权的内容(上传他人作品需获得授权)
- 骚扰、辱骂、恶意挑衅他人的言论
- 商业广告、垃圾信息、与摄影主题无关的内容
- 试图破坏本站正常运行的行为(拒绝服务攻击、暴力破解、SQL 注入等)
⚠️ 违反上述规范的内容会被删除;严重或反复违规的账号会被封禁。
4. 内容所有权
- 您对自己上传的照片、撰写的评论保留完整版权。
- 您授予本站一项非独占的、免费的、全球范围的许可,允许本站在站内展示、缩略图生成、压缩转码等技术性处理范围内使用您的内容,以及在照片需要 AI 点评时,把照片及相关信息发送给 AI 服务提供方 Anthropic 生成点评(见隐私政策 4.1)。
- 本站不会将您的内容用于站外宣传或商业出售;除上述 AI 作品点评外,也不会交予第三方使用。
- AI 作品点评由 AI 自动生成,仅供参考,不代表本站观点;如认为某条点评不妥,可通过下方联系邮箱要求隐藏。
- 您可随时删除自己上传的内容,删除后本站会从数据库及文件系统中物理移除该内容(下次备份滚动覆盖后即不可恢复)。例外:如该内容曾被举报,举报记录里保存的内容快照会继续保留,用于处理违规(见隐私政策第 5 节)。
5. 账号管理与封禁
- 本站保留对违反本条款的账号进行警告、删除内容、临时禁言、永久封禁的权利。
- 本站会在采取上述措施前(紧急情况除外)向您发送邮件说明原因。
- 如您认为处罚有误,可通过下方联系邮箱申诉。
6. 免责声明
- 本站为非营利的个人爱好项目,不保证 100% 在线率;计划性维护或意外宕机不构成违约。
- 用户上传的内容代表用户个人观点,不代表本站立场;本站不对用户上传内容的真实性、合法性承担连带责任。
- 因不可抗力(地震、断电、网络故障、上游服务商问题等)导致的数据丢失,本站尽力恢复但不承担责任。建议您本地保留重要照片的原始文件。

1. Service Description
Laogai's Photo Site (the "Site", domain www.laogaiphoto.com) is a small community for photography enthusiasts, offering photo uploading, browsing, comments, and ratings. The Site is accessible via web and an iOS App.
By using the Site you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.
2. Account
- Registration requires a valid email address verified by code.
- Keep your password safe; losses caused by password leakage are your own responsibility.
- Each user may register only one account; scripted or bot registration is prohibited.
- You may delete your account yourself at any time on the website or in the mobile app (an admin account must first have its admin role removed by another admin); see Privacy Policy §6 for how, and §5 "Data Retention" for what happens to your data.
3. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree not to post:
- Content that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China (political, pornographic, drug-related, violent content, etc.)
- Content that infringes others' copyright, portrait rights, or privacy (uploading others' work requires their authorization)
- Harassment, abuse, or hostile provocation toward other users
- Commercial advertising, spam, or content unrelated to photography
- Anything intended to disrupt the Site's normal operation (DoS attacks, brute-force, SQL injection, etc.)
⚠️ Content violating these rules will be removed; severe or repeated violations will result in account suspension.
4. Content Ownership
- You retain full copyright in the photos you upload and the comments you write.
- You grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, generate thumbnails for, compress/transcode, and otherwise technically process your content within the Site, and, when a photo is to receive an AI review, to send the photo and related information to the AI service provider Anthropic to generate the review (see Privacy Policy 4.1).
- The Site will not use your content for off-site promotion or commercial sale, and, apart from the AI photo reviews above, will not give it to third parties.
- AI photo reviews are generated automatically by AI, are for reference only, and do not represent the Site's views; if you find a review inappropriate, email us at the address below to have it hidden.
- You may delete your uploaded content at any time. Once deleted, the Site removes it from the database and filesystem (it becomes irrecoverable after the next backup rotation). Exception: if the content was reported, the snapshot saved in the report is kept to handle rule-breaking content (see section 5 of the Privacy Policy).
5. Account Management & Suspension
- The Site reserves the right to warn, remove content, temporarily mute, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms.
- Except in urgent cases, the Site will email you to explain the reason before taking such action.
- If you believe the action is mistaken, you may appeal via the contact email below.
6. Disclaimer
- The Site is a non-profit personal hobby project and does not guarantee 100% uptime; scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages do not constitute breach.
- User-uploaded content represents the views of the user, not the Site; the Site is not liable for the accuracy or legality of user content.
- Data loss caused by force majeure (earthquake, power outage, network failure, upstream provider issues, etc.) is restored on a best-effort basis but not guaranteed. Please retain local copies of any important original photos.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Site evolves. Significant changes will be announced on the Site; your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
